History of Our Company
Vermont Corp is part of Industrias Vermont, a group of companies dedicated to manufacturing and supplying high-quality products for the HVAC industry and related sectors. Our product line includes air distribution solutions such as grilles, diffusers, louvers, dampers, controls, and accessories manufactured in aluminum or steel; rigid duct systems including round, oval, and rectangular ducts with their corresponding fittings, available with or without insulation; flexible round air ducts made of aluminum or insulated metallized polyester; and air filtration products manufactured with imported, certified raw materials in compliance with international standards.

Our Production Plants
Industrias Vermont currently operates three production plants in Mexico, strategically located to support our manufacturing and distribution capabilities. Our main facility in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is situated on 115,000 m² of land, with 58,000 m² of manufacturing space dedicated to Production Plant I, along with 49,000 m² for our National Distribution Center (CEDIS I).
We also operate a second production facility in San Martín Texmelucan, Puebla, located 92 km from Mexico City, which includes 18,650 m² of land and 8,067 m² of production and distribution space for Production Plant II and CEDIS II.
Our most recent production plant in Tecate, Baja California, further expands our manufacturing capacity and strengthens our presence in northern Mexico.
